The seventh grade is reading about Perspective and Reality in Reading class this week. They have studied how parts of the brain see things differently. Their 2nd story was about a gentleman that creates 3D sidewalk chalk art for a living and how our brains perceive that 3D image on a flat surface. So we decided we would try our hand at 3D chalk art. We created our sidewalks out of black bulletin board paper. The students did a fabulous job being creative!! We are enjoying having the images in our hallways.
