Might want to check with your Viborg-Hurley 3rd graders as they got involved in the kitchen today making mashed potatoes for lunch. The colony provided us fresh potatoes through the Farm to Table Program and the 3rd grade students got to help the cooks mash the potatoes. One response heard often from our mini chefs... "This is hard work!"
